About Sunday Afternoon Press

We are a small independent press in England. We make the sort of books that belong to a Sunday afternoon: a cup of tea, a comfy chair and nowhere you need to be.

What we make

Birthday books that bring a whole year back to life, puzzle and quiz books in big, clear print, guided memory books for families to fill in together, and cosy village mysteries. Our printed books are set in large type, and every fact in our birthday and quiz books is checked against published sources before it goes to print.

Our authors

Iris Wakefield writes our birthday, puzzle and quiz books. See Iris's books on Amazon.

Clara Bramley writes The Little Fennington Mysteries. See Clara's books on Amazon.

Say hello

Spotted a mistake, got an idea for a book, or want to tell us how a birthday went? We read every email: hello@sundayafternoonpress.co.uk.

Reviews on Amazon help small presses like ours more than anything. If you enjoyed one of our books, a line or two means a great deal.
