Browsing this website

This website does not use cookies or tracking, and does not load fonts or adverts from other companies. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP addresses) to keep the site secure and running.

Our monthly letter

If you sign up, we keep your email address (and your first name, if you give it) so we can send the letter and any free printable you asked for. We do this because you asked us to (your consent). We use MailerLite to store the list and send the emails; MailerLite acts on our behalf and keeps the data in the European Union. You confirm your sign-up by email, every letter has an unsubscribe link, and when you unsubscribe we stop emailing you and delete your details from the list. We never sell or share your details.

Emails to us

If you email us, we use your message only to reply, and delete it when it is no longer needed.

Buying our books and printables

Orders on Amazon and Etsy are handled by them under their own privacy policies. We only see what they share with sellers to complete an order.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
